The Domaine du Pavillon as a wine estate was created in the 1960s, its owners at the time were considered as pioneers in the Crozes Hermitage appellation.
Located in Les Châssis area, a terroir rich in rolled pebbles from different glacial periods mixed with red clay.
The vines of Domaine du Pavillon extend over the hillsides of the great Crozes-Hermitage appellation, benefiting from a sumptuous terroir conducive to wines of character.
Our engagment
Despite the complicated climate conditions, we are committed to managing the vineyard with respect for its land and the surrounding nature, with a process for conversion to organic agriculture for the 2025 vintage.
